Un-Packing
When you first receive your Eshylon Tabletop Charging Station (“TTCS”) for Eshylon Mobile Electrostatic Carriers (“MESC”), inspect the shipping container for any damage. (If there is damage, please contact us so we can work with you and the freight company to document and rectify.)
Carefully unpack the unit and lift out all parts, gently unwrapping them. To avoid scratching the TTCS top surface, do not use sharp instruments to cut away any packing materials. If the top plastic carrier placement surface plastic is scratched the vacuum used to prepare the chuck for charging may fail and require repair or replacement of the top plastic carrier charging surface.
Check that all required parts are available before setting-up the tabletop unit. See the packing list below. If any parts are missing or adapters are required please contact site facilities and/or Eshylon immediately.
Packing List
- MESC Tabletop Unit 1 Pcs
 - Power Cord (appropriate for your local power outlet) 1 Pcs
 - Carrier Placement Alignment Pins 4 Pcs

- ¼ inch house vacuum tubing 4 meters(12 feet) x 1pcs
 - Small 60Hz/120VAC Stand-alone Vacuum Pump (optional) 1 Pcs (option)

Setup
Carefully place the TTCS on a sturdy, clean surface. Check that the power switch above the rear power cable plug-in point labeled “AC PWR IN” O is pressed-in, indicating that the switch is OFF.

Plug the power cable into the rear of the tabletop unit labeled “AC PWR IN” and then plug the other end into a wall outlet or suitable adapter. Connect the ¼ inch process vacuum supply tube into the back of the tabletop unit labeled “ VAC IN”.

NOTE: Do not connect the vacuum supply tube to the quick tubing connect labeled “N2/CDA IN”.
Connect the other end of the vacuum supply tube to house vacuum or optional vacuum pump. If using an optional stand-alone vacuum pump, plug the vacuum pump power cable into a wall outlet or suitable adapter.
System Startup
Switch on the Tabletop unit rear power switch labeled “AC PWR IN” . Wait several minutes for the unit to boot-up the internal PC and power supplies.

Start-up should commence with a boot-up screen:

When boot-up is complete you will be taken to the Main Operator Screen, and bonding/debonding is ready to use:

If the Main Operator Screen doesn’t come up after a few minutes, review the instructions to reboot the system.
Shut Down
To shut down the TTCS, from the Main Operator Screen select “MENU”, then “SHUTDOWN.”
After the software closes, push the power switch on the back to off. Switch off the standalone vacuum pump or the site-supplied house process vacuum valve.
