The TTCS will benefit from regular cleaning of the charging platen. To do so, gently remove any carrier alignment pins:
Using IPA or IPA/DIW mix and a clean wipe, gently wipe the carrier alignment pins.
Using IPA or IPA/DIW mix, wet a clean wipe and gently wipe the charging station top surface in a circular pattern:
Note: If the top plastic carrier placement surface plastic is scratched the vacuum used to prepare the chuck for charging may fail and require repair or replacement of the top plastic carrier charging surface.
Carefully place the alignment pins back in the appropriate locations on the charging station top surface.
